Ordinance amending the Ordinance by the regional government of Styria on the control of fire-blight in Styria (Fire-Blight Ordinance).

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Fire-Blight Ordinance (LGBl. No. 33/2003) of 28 April 2003. In particular, the Ordinance rewords article 3 on Restriction of production, plantation and transport; article 13 on Entry into force establishing that the Ordinance enters into force on 10 May 2013, whereas article 3 enters into force on 1 January 2004. Moreover, article 13a on Entry into force of amendments is added.
