The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Ordinance on verification procedures on limitation of electromagnetic fields (BGBl. I p. 3366). In particular, the Ordinance amends article 11, paragraph 1 establishing that the initial operation of radio installations has to be notified to Federal Agency at least two weeks previously. Moreover, the Ordinance adds article 15a dealing with penalties.
