An Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources to amend the Plant Payments Ordinance (BGBl. II No. 496/1999). Substantial amendments are made to articles 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 17 and 23.
