Ordinance amending the Plant Protection Ordinance.

The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources introduces some substantial amendments to the Plant Protection Ordinance (BGBl. No. 263/1996). The following articles are reworded: Article 11 on "Small quantities"; article 16 on Fees; article 17 on "Annexes of the Plant Protection Act 1995".
