Ordinance amending the Plant Protection Ordinance.

The present Ordinance by the Federa Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources introduces some amendments to the Plant Protection Ordinance (BGBl. No. 253/1996). A paragraph dealing with protected areas is added to article 17; and one dealing with enactment to article 19. Moreover, some substantial amendments are added to Annex 3.
