The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Plant Protection Ordinance (BGBl. No. 253/1996). In particular, it amends articles 2 by adding a paragraph relating to planting materials; article 3 dealing with plants originating in the US admitted into circulation only on the basis of a plant certificate; article 6 dealing with implementation of EU-directives.
