The present Ordinance by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the Environment and Water Resources introduces some amendments to the Plant Protection Products Ordinance 2011 (BGBl. II No. 233/2011). In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 1 establishing that plant protection products shall not be on sale in enterprises dealing exclusively or almost exclusively with foodstuff.
