The present Act by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Envrionment and Water Resources introduces some substantial amendments to the Planting Material Tariff 1997 (BGBl. II No. 203/1998). In particular articles 4, 5 and the Annexes 1 and 2 are amended.
