The present Ordinance introduces some amendment to the Seeds Ordinance 2006 (BGBl. II No. 417). In particular, the Ordinance amends articles1 and 15 concerning implementation of relevant EU-directives. Moreover, the text amends Part 2 dealing with vegetable seeds included in the Annex.
