The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Resources introduces some amendments to the Solvents Ordinance (LMV 2005), BGBl. II Nr. 398/2005). In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 6 dealing with the implementation of directives of the European Union.
