Ordinance amending the Toys Products Ordinance 2011.

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Toys Products Ordinance (BGBl. I No. 203/2011). In particular, the Ordinance rewords article 17 establishing that the Toys Products Ordinance 2011 transposes the Directive 2009/48/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2009 on the safety of toys into Austrian law. Moreover, the Ordinance amends Annex 2, namely item no. 12 on Cadmium.
