The present Ordinance implements article 22 of the Milk and Fat Act in its version of 10 October 1952 (BGBl. I p. 811). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the collection of charges levied for the promotion of the dairy industry. The text consists of 6 articles.
