Ordinance on competences in the field of energy legislation.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the efficient enforcement of energy legislation, In particular, article 1 establishes that the enforcement of the Federal Energy Industry Act of 7 July 2005 (BGBl. I, p. 1970) is incumbent upon the Economy and Labour Ministry. The text consists of 2 articles.
