In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of: a) cultural heritage, such as interesting rock formations, remarkable geological formations, caves, rare trees and tree groups; c) local landscape; and d) thermal and medicinal waters. The present Ordinance consists of 14 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Protection of nature and cultural heritage (I); Protection of relics and monuments (II); Penalties and sanctions (III); Final provisions (IV).
