The present Ordinance implements the Federal Mining Act of 13 August 1980 (BGBl. I p. 1310). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to royalties and charges to be paid for concession and extraction in the mining industry. The text consists of 17 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Provisions on collection and determination of market value (I); Provisions on different minerals (II); Penalties, entry into force (III).
