The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculutre and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources implements various EC directives as listed in article 2. The Federal Office for Agriculture is entrusted with the enforcement of this Ordinance. Article 3 deals with labelling of fish and aquaculture products. Article 5 specifies that entitled persons must allow access to their premises for inspection by competent authorities. The text consists of 6 articles.
