Ordinance on the establishment of agricultural co-operatives.

An Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry implementing EEC Council Directives Nos. 3508/92 and 3950/92 concerning, inter alia, subsidies for cooperatives. Article 2 establishes that the "Austrian Agrarmarkt" (AMA) is responsible for the enforcement of the Ordinance. Article 3 outlines the requirements for an "agricultural cooperative". Thereafter application procedures are described. The text consists of 8 articles.
