This Ordinance provides for the exploitation and protection of irrigation works related to dykes, flood and storm prevention works, hydro-electric works, and water supply and drainage works. The Government shall prescribe the regime and policies for organizations and individuals managing the exploitation and protection of irrigation works (arts. 9 to 11). State enterprises exploiting irrigation works from agricultural production for water consumption shall be allocated funding by the State in ca
