Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that the Canton runs a Landfill Fund destined to finance costs resulting from soil rehabilitation. Article 2 rules that whoever holds a licence for a disposal site, shall have to pay fees. The text consists of 10 articles and 2 Annexes.
