The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to slaughtering and meat inspection. The Cantonal veterinary of the Veterinary Office is entrusted with the enforcement of the present Ordinance. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Supervision (1); Enforcement (2); Fees (3); Sentence (4); Appeal (5); Repeal (6); Entry into force (7).
