The present Ordinance is made under the Ordinance of 2 October 1991 on protection of nature and cultural heritage. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the granting of financial contributions on behalf of the Canton and municipalities to promotion of nature and cultural heritage issues. The text consists of 9 articles.
