The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the granting of contributions on behalf of the Canton to projects concerning waste water and waste facilities under articles 31 and 32 of the Law implementing the Federal Act on protection of waters (Cantonal Water Protection Law) of 8 June 1997.
