The present Regulation implements the Law of 19 November 1969 on animal disease. The first part of the text deals with the designation of the competent local authorities. Article 4 deals with animals markets and fairs; the Canton veterinary and the inspector of the cattle and also some police officers shall be present. The vehicles for the transport of animals shall comply with the related federal legislation. Article 7 establishes the amount of compensation to be paid to animal keepers having l
