The present Ordinance lays down comprehensive provisions relating to the levying of fees for services rendered by the competent authorities for disposal of non-edible parts of animals. In particular, it implements article 3 of the Law implementing the Non-edible Animal Products Disposal Act of 6 November 1997 on the fixing of fees on behalf of the competent Office. The text consists of 5 articles and 1 Annex.
