The present Ordinance implements the Act on handling of genetically modified, pathogenic or alien organisms of 10 November 2010. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees under the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Principle (1); Authorization (2); Inspection and services (3); Fees for further decisions and orders (4); Entry into force (5).
