The present Ordinance implements article 38 of the Forestry Law of Brandenburg. It lays down provisions relating to competences of the forest offices in Brandenburg. In particular, Annex 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes the forest offices being competent for the various areas. The text consists of 2 articles and 2 Annexes.
