Ordinance by the Ministry of the Environment on competent bodies in water management.

The present Ordinance enforces the Water Law of 20 January 2005. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to competent bodies in water management. Article 1 establishes that according to article 83 of the afore-mentioned Water Law such expert bodies require an official recognition.
