The present Ordinance enforces the Law of 25 January 1995 on protection of nature and landscape. In particular, the Ordinance sets out in details the competent authorities in the Canton responsible for the enforcement of the aforementioned Cantonal Law. The text consists of 15 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Organization and responsibilities (I); Protective measures (II); Compensation and contributions to third parties (III); Enforcement and legal remedy (IV); Final provisions (V).
