The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the percolating of rainwater in protected areas. Article 1 establishes that in the protected zone I rainwater may be percolating only into groundwater if it comes from certain sources, such as, for example, public streets, roofs, car parks etc. However, article 2 rules that in the protected zone II it is not permitted to percolate rainwater into groundwater.
