This Ordinance sets out rights and responsibilities of consumers and the responsibilities of organizations and individuals in the production of goods and services, and provides for state supervision in relation with protection of interests of consumers. The last part of the act concerns the handling of complaints and offences in relation with consumer' interests. (30 articles)
