Ordinance on the protection of cultural heritage in Berlin.

The present Ordinance implements the Berlin Nature Protection Law of 30 January 1979 and the Tree Protection Ordinance of 11 January 1982. Article 2 of the present Ordinance establishes that the longest possible preservation of old or seldom or valuable trees or group of trees shall be the particular aim of protection.
