An Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry consisting of 10 articles and 2 Annexes to replace the previous one of 1994 on the same subject. The Ordinance contains at the outset a definition clause relating to the various terms therein employed. Article 5 establishes the various quality classes. Having ascertained the quality class, a Protocol will have to ensue. Article 7 prescribes that every carcass has to bear a clearly impressed stamp.
