The purpose of the present Ordinance is to ensure the financial support for measures to conserve the natural plant and animal varieties. The Canton provides subsidies to farmers cultivating high quality products. The text consists of 11 articles divided into 4 Parts as follow: General provisions (I); Biological quality of products (II); Contributions (III); Final provisions (IV).
