An Ordinance to implement the directives of the Council of the EC within the framework of the common regulations for fish products. The Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry is entrusted with the enforcement of this Ordinance. Article 3 lists the necessary conditions for the related approval, and article 4 establishes that authorized producers must submit to the said Ministry a yearly report containing details of their work. The Ordinance consists of 4 articles.
