The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Waste Management Plan (LGBl. No. 1/1993). In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 7 on service areas; article 8 concerning waste deriving from domestic sources; article 10 on waste disposal in certain areas and waste treatment facilities .
