The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Burgenland Hunting Ordinance (LGBl. No. 23/2005). In particular, it amends the contents of Part 14 on assessment of damages caused by wild animals in forests; article 56 dealing with examinations to obtain hunting licences; article 87 relating to adoption of gaming plans; article 99 on methods of assessment concerning different kinds of damages; article 99a on general principles concerning ascertainment and assessment of damages.
