Ordinance by the regional government on the implementation of regulations concerning the protection of animals.

Article 1 establishes that the competent authority is due to ensure that the Animal Protection Ordinance (BGBl. No. 317/1982), in the version of the Ordinance (BGBl No. 467/1996) is duly implemented. A yearly inspection will have to be carried out by an official veterinary. Findings will have to be reported to the said authority which on their part will have to report to the European Union. The Ordinance consists of 2 articles.
