Ordinance by the regional government of Salzburg amending the Potato Brown Rot Ordinance.

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Potato Brown Rot Ordinance (LGBl Nr 93/1999). In particular, article 11 is added establishing that the present Ordinance enforces the Council Directive 98/57/EC of 20 July 1998 on the control of Ralstonia solanacearum (Smith) Yabuuchi et al. in its version of the Commission Directive 2006/63/CE of 14 July 2006 amending Annexes II to VII to the afore-mentioned Council Directive. The text consists of 4 articles.
