Ordinance by the regional government of Styria amending the Corn Rootworm Ordinance.

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Corn Rootworm Ordinance (LGBl. No. 11/2004). In particular, the Ordinance amends article 7 dealing with established areas being areas where the continuance of the corn rootworm is to be expected for the foreseeable future. Moreover, the Ordinance amends article 14 concerning entry into force.
