The present Ordinance implements the Styria Electricity Management and Organization Law 2005 (LGBl. Nr. 60/2001). The present Ordinance establishes a Fund for the promotion of renewable energy production, in particular for small hydropower stations and ecopower plants. The text consists of 3 articles.
