The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the transfer competences to the Nature, Environment and Consumer Protection Office. Article 1 establishes that the execution of the following legislation shall be incumbent to the Nature, Environment and Consumer Protection Office: the Energy-Using Act of 27 February 2008 (BGBl. I p. 258) and Energy Efficiency Labelling Ordinance of 30 October 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2616). The text consists of 2 articles
