The present Ordinance implements the Population Protection Law of 6 May 2012. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to competences in case of crisis, such as disasters, emergencies, violence and armed conflicts, as well as to division of cantonal management and alert. The text consists of 17 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Cantonal organization (2); Cantonal management (3); Preparation (4); Alert (5); Compensation (6).
