The present Ordinance introduces some substantial amendments to the Ordinance on the implementation of subsidies for wheat production (BGBl. No. 1020/1994). Inter alia, article 4 relating to acceptance of offer, conclusion of contract and withdrawal of contract, and article 7 concerning delivery are reworded.
