Ordinance on the trade in plant seeds.

The purpose of this Ordinance is to regulate trade in treated wheat, barley and rye seeds, as well as herbs of Aegilops, Agropyron, Arrhenatherum, Bromus, Dactylis, Festuca, Lilium and Poa species for sowing-time in the autumn 1999 and the spring 2000.
