This Law makes provisions for the institution of an Ornamental Plants Production and Marketing Council. The Council shall be appointed within six months from the date of this Law. The Council will operate as a single exporter for ornamental plants although the executive committee has the power to authorize private exporters to deal with the exportation of some species.
