This Ordinance amends the Pakistan Fish Inspection and Quality Control Act, 1997 by omitting some words from section 5, subsection (1) addressing matters related to the constitution of the Inspection Committee, and by substituting clauses (i) to (iv) in section 12(1) with new provisions on penalties.
