This Act regulates the development of municipal campsites and local scenic areas. It is divided up into 11 parts as follows: 1 Short title; 2 Interpretation; 3 Financial assistance; 4 Powers of municipality; 5 Approval of campsite; 6 Agreement with Minister; 7 Approval of disposal of campsite; 8 By-laws; 9 Financial assistance to develop scenic area; 10 Condition for financial assistance and 11 Regulations.
