These Regulations sets forth provisions for the discharge of domestic and industrial sewage and for the construction and maintenance of wastewater disposal systems (for residential and/or industrial use) (Part I–VI). Provisions are also made regarding inspections and orders (Part VII), fees and charges (Part VIII), transitional provisions (Part XI), offences and penalties (Part X).
