Section 16 of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 so as to provide for regulation of pesticides and for information to be made available to the public. In section 19 of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 a new subsection is inserted so as to provide for enforcement of controls on pesticides. (3 sections)
