This Act amends the Pesticides and Toxic Chemicals Control Act 2000 in order to provide rules for the exportation of pesticides and toxic chemicals. It also amends the Long Title of the principal Act for this purpose. Section 7 is amended so as to extend the functions of the Pesticides and Toxic Chemicals Control Board to licensing and otherwise dealing with exports of pesticides and toxic chemicals.
